Welcome!
Thank you for visiting Michigan State University’s PGN - Omicron Chapter website. If you are looking to learn more about a community of leaders, you are in the right place!
PGN is a professional development organization that develops our highly academic members into well-rounded individuals guided by our three pillars, professionalism, social, and philanthropy. At PGN we pride ourselves in proper development of young professionals that are moving into the workforce post-graduation. PGN fosters a safe and supportive environment to develop professionally and socially and become the best version of yourself. Utilizing PGN’s extensive and diverse network, we provide workshops, company speakers and visits, and mentorship opportunities for our members.
Here at PGN we are a family who care for one another and encourage each other to continuously improve. Our predecessors have established a legacy that we continue to uphold and perpetuate as a community. With our membership of 100+ active members, there is a place for each person to find their own sense of belonging within PGN.
As President of the PGN-Omicron Chapter, I am in a position to serve the organization to the highest standard and be a valuable resource to all. Please reach out with any questions, and we hope to see you start your journey to finding your home within PGN soon!

Hear From our Active Members
Being in PGN has led me to find some of my closest friends and mentors. I would not be where I am without the professional and personal guidance given to me by the brothers, both current and former. At a university so big, PGN made it feel smaller and like home. My college experience wouldn’t be the same, had I not joined PGN!

Joining PGN has already been such an impactful part of my college experience. I’ve gained an incredible community of supportive peers who are always there to encourage and guide me. PGN has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and I’m excited to see how it will continue shaping my journey in the years ahead. I’m proud to call myself a member of this amazing organization!
